VERY UNHAPPY SELLER

I have been a seller on SELL-SA for many years now. But recently their whole system has just gone down hill. I made a few sales, sent the customers the items, everyone was happy. And after having to contact them asking them when they are putting the credit through to my account, i am told, I have to do a credit request. Which I dutifully went and did. The Money is still not in my account 7 days later.. I am really disgusted, by the way they are so quick to take the commission from my sales, and yet are dragging there feet to pay me. VERY UNHAPPY
