Unhappy customer

I Bought office 365 pro from them and received a username and password to activate . I tried to activate the program but could find no place on the site provided to use this information!!! I tried the telephone number provided but it did not work, (number does not exist) Then I tried the internet but received no reply. I tried again requesting a number so I can contact them. Once again no response. Will I recommend them,most certainly not. I will warn anybody that ask me to avoid them Iike the plage.
