*****s payment and deletes order history

Placed an Order for an instant geyser on 11 July 2020, paid for the order on the 11 July. Received just an email stating the order was received and will be processed once payment is confirmed. Received no invoice number from the company. Its stated that delivery will be done 5 to 7 working days only for us to check that they have taken our money and they have cancelled our order. Thinking that there may be a mistake we decided to send a text on the WhatsApp help line, with no reply from this we decided to check on our Sell SA account again for any source of assurance only to see that our order history has disappeared and theres no sign of us ordering from the website. What a **** ..I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase off of this side. Utterly disappointed with Sell-SA.
