Software from Sell-SA

Bought an office 16 version from them, The name of the company that i bought through Sell-SA was Total Software. They surely give good prices for software, but it comes with very bad service. They promised an easy download link with legit keys. You are lucky if you get a direct download or via your spam or junk folder. The instructions is misleading and to make your struggle as you are in fault. At the end nothing is working, timewasting and all **** software. If you ask for a refund as in my case you got a rep**** from ***, mail not delivered.
