Snearkers not original

I ordered Jordan 1 and they were delivered on the 15th December 2020. From the packaging I could see that these sneakers are counterfeit and they are. I have logged a request to return the sneakers and get my refund. Naniki responded to my mail that she will contact the seller to call me and the seller did not contact me. I requested his cellphone no and I tried to contact him and also send him an email still I did not get any response, his phone is always on voicemail. Stephen please contact me cause I need to send back the sneakers they are too cheap for me to pay R 1800 on the street they sell them for R350. Lets see if someone will respond to this query.
