SEVERE TROJAN THREAD WARNING on the software I purchased.

I dont ever give bad reviews but this is a different issue. I bought software and when downloaded I had a SEVERE TROJAN THREAD warning. So i asked SellSA to cancel and refund. 10 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND. Bad bad service. Although I did buy from them before without any issues, this is a different story.
