While their automated response is great it is the personal response that stinks. I purchase2 2 products on Sunday night and was pleasantly surprised when I received the download link from Software Box less than 2 hours later. I am still waiting for the other one at 10h00 this Monday morning. Enquired about the link and will wait to see how many hours support takes to respond.
