Sell-SA ********!!!

On the 21st December i had placed an order of a Nike Air Force Shell for my daughter at R1895 plus delivery charge of R100 from Sell-SA not knowing anything about them but i thought i would give it a try. They said they would send me a tracking number and till now i still have not gotten it. I tried to call them on the number i saw online which is *** and no one has picked up from morning to afternoon. I went to their Facebook page and advised them of my issues and after more than 3 hours no one has responded at all. I just need my money back from them and nothing further, i've never seen such filthy business etiquette and i'm utterly appauled by these people. The invoice number i was given which is the only thing i have as proof from them is: Invoice number: ***-S0001
