I placed an order online from the supplier (Sell-SA https://www.sellsa.co.za/) on the 5th of June 2024, and I received confirmation email for the order and that the payment was received. After a week I tried to get hold of them through email and phone calls without success, even on their website contact-us page.
To this date I have not received the items I bought nor heard anything from them. Do not ever trust them for anything. I am currently in a process of claiming back my money from them through the bank. they will de***** you these guys.... Careful

19 Jul 2024, 09:03I would recommend that all unsatisfied customers request refund through their respective banks if they paid via credit cards/ website. I claimed and got my money back (FNB) by just filling their (FNB) Debit Card Disputes claim forms, attaching the invoices and failed communication attempts.
