Poor Support from Sell-SA

I bought a Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus and the sale went smoothly but the Support is hopeless I am waiting for a assistance and nothing yet my client is getting now very upset due to poor surface from the Sell-Sa support team. Because they do not attend to their clients and need assistance with activation of the software.
