Poor Customer Service, and Refund a Problem

Can someone please assist me with a physical address for Sell SA. I have been told that my Refund of R662.54 has been paid to my account, strangely 4days later,i still have not received it and its same bank Fnb. Im tired of back and forth emails which mostly go ignored. Land line is also virtually non existent, hardly answered if it dies go through. No proof of payment can be provided til now since it was requested from Lutfiyya Shaikjee by Naniki via email which i was cc'd in.My orders were canceled December and January..and I have been chasing down this refund well over a working week now and im fed up. I want my money paid immediately please.
