Pathetic serivce from Sell-SA

Absolutely pathetic service and response from Sell-SA. Purchased something and received something that does not look anything like the product advertised and with no surprise the product did not work. Complained as per the procedure of Sell-SA and guess what 11 days later we are still waiting for any action. I will never use Sell-SA again or suggestion the to anyone.
