Non-genuine Adobe Photoshop Application

Invoice Number O***-S0001 I bought Adobe Photoshop 2023 from Sell-SA on 16/10/2023. I received the link to download & everytime the download is done, an error message [This non-genuine Adobe app has been disabled] pops up. I reported this twice and also requested a refund which is still not done. Everytime I enquire about feedback on the refund, I get a response from Software Boys telling me that Sell-SA is responsible for processing the refund.
