No response on missing product

I think I have been ****med. I ordered a product from the website couple days ago. The status on the order says it has been completed, yet I have not received or heard anything. No tracking order, no response from the seller nor the website. Awful feeling to be reminded that if it is too good to be true, that it probably is. I keep trying to support local business platforms, but keep on getting disappointed.
