It must be a **** or otherwise very bad customer services

I ordered a health smar****ch and made payment which was confirmed on their website. I then made enquiries to the colours available because their was no option to choose when I placed the order.I was told to contact the supplier which is did and made my choose.Now I am not getting any responds as to the status of my order.Once again I was asked to contact the supplier which I did with no success or response on my emails. SellSa also now says they can't get hold of their supplier either and I am still waiting on their response. I now wanted to cancel my order but apparently I can only be refunded on a order which was either already shipped or delivered? On which SellSa can not give me a answer aswell???
