******* software & bad service

I ordered a product from SellSA, made the payment and then it wouldn't install. I finally got someone to assist and was told that I must switch off the automatic updates. It was installed but then I couldn't use the "develop" function. After a lot of frustration I realised that it isn't a legitimate copy and I demanded a refund. On 5 November '19 I was contacted by Naniki and she asked that I send my bank details for the refund. I did this the following day. I have now contacted SellSA several times and they just ignore me. I paid R475 for a product that I can't use.
