Horrible service, refund still not processed

I placed an order for a laptop charger more than a month ago but then no longer needed it as I found my old one. I tried cancelling but their system wouldn't let me. I then refused the delivery and have been waiting on my refund ever since. The agents don't follow up on email. I have sent many emails to them and have tried to call many times but nobody is helping me get my refund. This company is the worst ever and I will never ever shop with them again nor would I recommend anyone shop with them. I'm extremely disappointed as this was a very expensive purchase and I want my money back !
