GOODS NOT RECEIVED

I ordered a pair of sneakers in December 2022 and to date have not received the goods or my money back. I have tried calling, sent numerous email, but to no avail. I cannot get into contact with anyone from SELL SA. This is really pathetic service and so disappointing ! Is there anyone who knows how I can get my money back. Its really not a small amount I can just write off.
