Dissatisfied and Sceptical

I bought a pair of sneakers for my son on this site, normally i would first check the site out just to make sure it is not a ****, at first response was prompt up to tracking number through aramex which came up as invalid, suspicion rose, i tried calling the number and sent numerous emails, eventually Naniki responded but till today i have not received my order and the landline number hardly gets answered if it goes through, no cell number works, i was given the vendors number Sneaker plug, but that number also just goes straight to voicemail, i have bought several items from other online stores and have received my parcels, but not from Sell sa. I am very dissapointed in this, i don't know what to do now, because i can't get hold of them to liaise refund and cancellation altogether.i would not recommend this online store because of the poor service and fact that you don't get response and can't find them to reassure.
