Disappointing Service

Bought (x2) Microsoft 2010 Professional licenses. I received the link but it does not work. Contacted the supplier and is still waiting, also send two messages to Sell-SA and the same. Maybe Sell-SA should add a option to query an order on the order status page. My order status shows as "Completed" yet it is NOT as I am unable to install and use the software.
