Bought a Shoe But never Delivered !

I Bought a Pair of NIKE Shoe During November 2022, Up until this day , my shoe has not been not delivered & have not heard any word from them. Been writing them emails regarding my order but never a response !

I'm really Upset about this experience , All i am Asking is, please refund my cash!
