Beware! This is a **** business!

I placed an order with Sell-SA. I received no confirmation regarding delivery date despite sending several messages. I tried to call the phone number provided but it is not functional. There is a chat bot on the site, but it only tells you all the agents are busy. I requested a refund but received no response.
