Bad and Pathetic Service

Lousy and pathetic, service, I bought a hoverboard took almost two months to receive, could not track it, send e-mails but no responce, when I finally received it, it was not working, click the button for refund, there was no responce. I ended up sending it for repairs at extra cost, but I am still waiting for them to respond.
