I purchased a PE Design 10 (full version) on 20 May 2025. the order number for the purchased item is #***. on 21 may 2025 i received a message indicating that there is a status change in the purchase. the software i purchased is not functioning because the usb or digital download sofware that is used activate the software was not included in the order.
