Adobe Acrobat

I ordered Adobe Acrobat through the site and paid. Later I got a status change on my order to say that the item had been "SENT". Nothing more, no contact with me or proof of posting or downloading. I now need my program and have no idea where it is or if I'll ever receive it. What now??
