Do not be fooled by SellSA’s polished website — it’s a trap to lure you into using their service. This company acts as a middleman, and the products you purchase don’t come from them directly. Once you pay, you are left in a nightmare of excuses, delays, and false promises.

I purchased a Microsoft package, and two days later, I still hadn’t received any purchase order reference. Their online chat platform is useless — just an automated message claiming they are busy. Their landline and cell phone go straight to voicemail.

Then comes Portia, the person you think is helping you. In reality, she does nothing to solve the problem. She gives you false assurances, telling you requests have been sent, that your refund will be processed, or that the system is broken — all just to make you feel like something is happening, while nothing ever is. She repeatedly gave me instructions that either didn’t work or contradicted reality, like asking me to cancel an order on a dashboard that didn’t even show my order.

Days went by, follow-ups went ignored, and every excuse was contradictory:

Matter out of her hands

All of this is designed to confuse you and delay your money, while Portia pretends she’s attending to your issue. It’s manipulation, pure and simple.
