Frustrated

Bought Sneakers on the 27th of September , received an email on the 7th of october that my order was cancelled. From there its been quiet . I've tried calling them ,no answer and no response to emails . Its quite frustrating and scary to think I might have been ****med here .I want my R1699 refund tshiniii
