Waste your time

The person that came out was lovely, but they came out, looked at the car (did get ALL of the details before), he called the office to confirm as he was happy with what he saw and the "office" said they won't buy the car because it has been painted (professionally) a matte black colour, this is also obvious as that colour is not stock for the car make anyway. This information was disclosed long before they showed up. They get your hopes up, waste your time and then leave anyway without a decent reason.
