Disappointed in service

Hi.I did an online application to sell my bakkie. Did all the relevant info they needed .Spoke to a lady by the name of Cheryl and she said they won't be help to help because the Airbag light is on.I bought the vehicle from a dealer with air bag light on.I asked her is that the reason Still waiting for a reply.Before they gave me an answer they should have at least come over and take a look before giving me a rash answer
