I regret

The worst experience I've ever had. I had to do all the documents I asked them to prepare for me. When I was still enquiring about the car the director called me non stop then suddenly after collecting the car when I needed documents "he became a busy man". I paid for the number plates, paid for the double discount something they were supposed to prepare. On top of that 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my spare key and no one is saying anything about it. They are full of lies and empty promises.
