Worst Service Provider Who is Not Dependable

After going through the list of providers appointed to my option, Selfnet, when I was gravely sick my family took me to the appointed hospital. Hospital called before admitting me and got authorization as I was semi-conscious. Xrays and blood test were conducted. Now several months later all bills have returned unpaid and am facing a mountain of bills. Why authorize in the first place? I have tried getting answers from call center but all I should have let them know prior to going to hospital. I did not plan to be sick and I was out during the time and the hospital called them before admitting me. This medical aid is deceiving and the call center people are clueless. I will make it a point to urge people not to join and those who are members to cancel as this scheme is a *******.
