WORST Medical Scheme ever
No payments to providers, NO service when you are in an accident and have to go to ER

With reference to your complaint please note the Scheme’s response. The Selfnet option provides unlimited consultations for medically necessary consultations at a Network GP. Outpatient treatment at a hospital facility is also covered on your option, but is limited to a R1 000 per year and is first payable by the member and then claimable from the Network.
Members will not be liable to pay the account upfront if they are admitted to the hospital, straight from casualties. Carecross has been in contact with you regarding the claiming process.
