Useless medical scheme
<p>Selfmed is Soooo useless to my life I just wanna die right now, so I was called to be advised that there is an investigation that needs to take place because I put in a claim for a procedure within the first 12 months, I was interoggated about my pregnancy and if I had planned to have a baby or not, not sure what they think if I'm having *** I'm expecting to have a PlayStation instead. Then the lady says she's gona call me back the next day at 3pm which she didnt this was on Thursday last week the 11th , so I decided to give them a call today, the 16th to give me feedback if my claim will be processed or not for my delivery of the baby, so I call her back. First thing she says no she didn't say she's gona call me back. Oh and my other claim of R1300 will only be paid R900 of that, when I was advised by them that I can pay cash they will reimburse me the about paid to the doctor. </p>
