Unclear PMB's and bad experience with call centre manager
******* - does not clearly explain PMBs.
Call centre manager - rude and sarcastic. Showed no patience or people-s****s.
Disgusted!!! think twice before joining this medical aid!!!!!!!
Cancelled within 2 months of joining.
