My son was booked into hospital emergency room. We got an authorization number but had to fight so hard for this sly medical aid to pay accounts. Now 2 months later I get an account from the peaditrician stating an amount outstanding on the day of discharge. ONCE AGAIN THE AUTH NUMBER IS ON THE ACCOUNT but they dont want to pay.
DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL AID, THEY WILL ***** YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AND GIVE NOTHING IN RETURN!!!
