ONCE AGAIN ACCOUNT NOT PAID

This medical aid is really working on my nerves, I phoned the medical aid before i have sent my son for a abdominal xray and asked the medical aid if they cover the code provided by the doctor, The lady said yes they do cover that specific code, My son went for the x ray's and now i received a call from the Radiology department for the account not paid by the medical aid, I am really getting fed up with the medical aid, The accounts just keeps on coming back to me. There was a reason why if phoned the medical aid before sending my son for the xrays, But still that did not help.

Really this is pathetic and it can't go on like this. The Brokers and the medical aid is pathetic.

I have never had such a bad experience with a medical aid and if i knew this before i took the medical aid i would not have taken this medical aid i promise, The worst off all is i referred this medical aid to lots of people which i sadly regret doing.
