No Medical Aid - Only financial service

I found out that I'm pregnant 3 months ago and immediatly contacted my medical aid for advise and guidance, stupid of me to expect that from my medical aid. When I was pregnant with my first child my montly contribution to my medical aid was around R400 per month and for that little money I received excellent service and delivered my baby in a private hospital, they supported me through everything and I knew exactly what the medical aid covered and what not. Now I' paying R1700 per month for the worst service imaginable. I contacted them online and with emails asking to please let me know what they cover and what not, what hospital I can go to and so on. Until today they haven't responded to my mails. I spend alot of time on the phone as well trying to get answers. Their response to me is to contact carecross my provider, I should only contact them when it comes to finansial issues. So in other words they take my money and only worry about my money but the 1 time I need information they send me away. I don't feel it's my responsibility to get the info from carecross. After a huge cellphone bill and alot of stress the only info I could get so far is that I can deliver at cape gate hospital but there is no gynea there? Who will deliver my baby???? They send me to a gynea far away now but he can't do deliveries so there I'm also wasting my time and money. I can't build up a relationship with him if he won't be able the walk the path with me. My doctors needs answers on where to send me and what to do next? According to them I have unlimited scans? Where when ???? the only people doing scans is the gynea's and I can only go to them once or maybe twice in the next 6 months if covered by my medical aid. Don't know anything. All of there unprofessional nonsense I have to stress about is causing way too much stress on my baby. My GP already told me to try and sort it out as soon as possible because all this stress is very bad for my baby but how am I suppose to do that with medical aids like this. They just ignore me because they know I can't leave them while I'm pregnant and feel nothing for their members and there children.
