No Compassion

Granted, my contribution for August did not go through. I am not disputing that.
I explained that I had hit a block, and that I will try to pay o/s amount ASAP. Was told my membership had been suspended, BUT that I can contact the office to make a payment arrangement. THINKING that it would prevent further suspension.
So I do, as my son is diabetic and is on insulin. CHRONIC MEDICATION! THAT IS MY ONLY CONCERN as I hardly ever see a doctor.
THINKING that as I AM ATTEMPTING to pay short fall, (and as per the CPA, I am making WRITTEN contact,) that you should therefore HAVE COMPASSION.
I was clearly mistaken. I explained that its the second year I have not received an increase, I even downscaled my membership as a result. But this all fell on deaf ears.
SO, for years & years, my contributions go through ON TIME, and that ONE month I need compassion, YOU HAVE NONE. Hope you can live with yourself. Just utterly shocked that you do not have discretion and or compassion for people who hardly EVER missed a payment.

Hello Shellerjc,

With reference to your complaint, please note the Scheme's response. We do apologise for any inconvenience you have experienced. The arrangement put in place is not to cancel your membership, but suspend your membership temporarily, until the outstanding premium is received. Regretfully, we cannot make exceptions and can only lift your suspension on receipt of the outstanding contribution. Regards
