Horrible Service!!

Unable to get hold on Saturday!NONE of the numbers are active. I needed help with Hospitals we can use. There was no answer. I called the closest hospital and explained the situation..The lady at reception was very kind and said we can sort it out on Monday.Monday came and the hospital called the medical aid. They then told the hospt the medical aid has been terminated. The hospt was about to ask my husband ( who is very sick) to leave.I contacted the medical aid, they told me it is suspended. I asked why we haven't missed a payment since we started. The lady said we missed Jan 2016 payment only. I told her if we knew we would have sorted out payment first before going to hospt.She insisted that she can not say nor do anything until we make payment. I explained that the hospital is asking my husband to leave and he is very sick. Once again stated she can not do anything. I then had to ask if I make the payment will it be unsuspended. She said yes but can not tell me when, how long. This is pathetic!! Its a medical aid. YOUR SUPPOSE TO HELP IN EMERGENCIES!! We still don't know about the missed payment. But it is 1 payment. Double debit next month. Could be live or death!!!
