False info given to Dr & Patient.

On the 18/04/2015 I went to Arwyp Cssualty with suvere abdominal pain, the DR on duty did a thorrou check and decided to admit me with that he also ordered blood tests, urn test aswell as a MRI scan to make sure it wasent kidney stones. The doctor at Casualties told me that the medical aid requested a payment of R1600 if not atmitted. I end up to spent 5 days in hospital with a suvere case of Kidney infection. Now Dr Burger Radiologists handed me over for non payment of the R1600.<br> As far as Im awere and with the witnesses with me the evening that I was atmitted the doctor confirmed that there wil not be a co-payment for the MRI scan of R1600 as long as I'm atmitted to hospital. Was this a lie from the DR or was the wrong info given when they called for autherization. I feel it is unfair to expect me to pay due to wrong information given to the Dr. This would also not happened if Selfmed answerd the phone when I tried to phone myself for autherization and all could have been explained to me.
