Rude and unprofessional employees

I have been to Selfast Joubert Street a couple of times and there is one specific cashier who is just an embarassment to this company, she is a middle aged lady,she is loud and is always talking bad about her manager in zulu. She says the ugliest things about him to all the customers who pay by her, I heard her as I was waiting in line to pay, she has no customer service, no respect for her superiors, I've heard her more times then I can count, I'm amazed that this woman is still working there. From my personal opinion, I think it is inhuman to wish bad on another human, she says things like her manager should die or get beat up, its so shameful for a woman her age to act like this. And its not just with her colleagues, I once heard and saw her swearing a customer because the customer told her not to throw the change and she went as far as calling the customer a b***h and m*****s p**s. She doesn't take pride in her work, she needs to learn some discipline,respect,and customer service, she works with people day in and day out,she should learn how to deal with them properly. And as for the security guard at the store...I have no words, he is the male version of the cashier mentioned above, two employees who are in the wrong profession. What they do is unprofessional especially infront of us customers. Those are the only "bad" reviews I have about the store. They should both be kicked out on their a***s!!!
