non refund of tekkies within 7days

Hi ,, Our company purchased 20 pairs of black tekkies in August. we payed the transaction in full via EFT. Sadly our client cancelled the order . Mohammed who was the manager at the Selfast store would not take responsibility for a return. We were well into our 7 day period. we are now dealing with Sohail but sadly he says they cannot refund because we did come within our time. Mohamed has now left the company and we are now sitting with these tekkies which we cannot do anything with. We have tried to sell some of the shoes at cost to recoop our monies but still have a long way to go. This was a cash sale on the 21st August and the Tax invoice is 20-6-106-006 value of order R3519.58 Most disgusted with Selfast We will never shop there again
