WORSE SERVICE EVER
My account got cut off because of some unknow charge of R90.. my account (***2) was paid on 25 March 2026 however im now disconnected.
I held on 4 1 hour for the call center to deal with 10 client and another hour when i was 1st on the queue after that the line was cut off.
This is the most unprofessional pathetic service ive ever experienced, even government call centers are better than this.. the whatsapp also does not work also waited 2 hours to connect to an agent,
