Unsafe Stairs

We have reported our concern regarding weather strips on the 20th March already and up to date nothing has been done about this.

My fiancé and my sister’s little 5-year-old girl has fallen of the stairs as these stairs are very slippery. After reporting this we were informed that The Eden Gardens Body Corporate, the Trustees or its employees shall not be responsible for any loss, death, damage or injury sustained on the premises for any cause whatsoever.

This is unacceptable as they are not attending to the problem and just point blankly advising us that they are not accepting any responsibility. If any serious injuries occur, we will definitely take this further as we have had several communication regarding this matter.
