COMPLAINT-UTTERLY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Utterly poor service delivery. From the accounts department throughout to the maintenance team. I have had no joy since i bought either one of my flats at Viewlake Brakpan and up to date had to go as far as to sell one of them due to lack of service and or state that the building is in. I am disgust in the manner Maintenance issues are being handled and very little or no response ever from this department after complaints and or queries logged.
