Bad Service

I own a unit in a complex tat Selection Estates manages . We are only allowed to buy pre-paid electricity through them . they have closed their offices from 13Dec to 9th Jan 2023. Cannot get hold of them . I think its a total disgrace that we have run out of electricity and as a pensioner of 66 years old , I have to sit in the dark by myself. Many people only get paid this week and could not buy electricity before 13th Dec , A Total disgrace !!!
