Worst Solar Service Ever!

In 2008 2 solar geysers was installed at a hefty price tag of R 60 000. On the 4th of Feb I contacted Solahart via their SA Website to inform them that the geysers are both leaking water and tripping the mains. Solahart has in turn directed the issue to their agents in KZN. I have had various calls and promises from Solahart that this agent would come see me, or that that agent would do this etc. I have sent about 5 emails and some to the SA director, and their parenting company in Australia seems much more eager to help. Sad then that I am not in Australia. <br> To date, over two weeks later = nothing! Service delivery and after sales back up is an issue in this company, they just want your money upfront and then they leave you out in the cold! Now I have two very expensive roof decorations. I will stay clear of this brand!!!
