RUDE!!!!!!!!so unprofessional

You have the most rudest consultants ever nightmare zuraida khan such a rude girl don't know how to speak to people at all... I busy trying to settle all accounts I have so it happened that cell c is one of the people I owe and they handed over my account to select online so I called to find out how much I owe since had two accounts with cell c one was handed over as R4350 and the other was on R1700 so now with select online the one for R4300 is now R6900 and the one that was R1700 is R3500 so I ask since they have never made any means to reach me and advise the account was handed to them b4 I could finish this girl told me slthey have emailed sms sent a letter on several times telling her that all of of the above correspondence were in use beside she went on to be rude say is my debt I know I owe so I have no business lying and saying never received anything from them funny she could not even give me a chance to speak yet I called them when I asked her for a statement for those account she was so mean and told me I should send her a email request that yet I'm speaking to her at that time when I asked her for her chance to speak she just kept mute on a call very rude girl works with people but treat people like trash.. I have dealt with other debt collectors and I have never had such a night mare and I was owing them yet they could give me settlement discounts so what is special with this zuraida company since she behaves like she owns the company so rude and can't even be of a help to assist people to settle their account... That girl should be fired she don't deserve to work she is so RUDE!!!
