Rude consultant with no mannerism

<p>It is beyond me how one can work in a Customer Care environment, yet lack so much customer service and soft-s****s! Never, have I been so disguested in my entire life. I spoke to a consultant at SOL to make a payment arrangment. The consultant didnt even bother to introduce herself and she was very rude throughout the call. I didn't pay no mind to it, becuase after all I'm the one needing assistance with a Oayment Arrangement, but to my suprise it seems even she needed assistance capturing the arrangenment as she didn't have a clue, whatso ever as to how much I need to pay and over how many months. Every answer was " I can't estimate how much you will pay" , she even had the audecity to tell me that she's in a hurry to knock off. </p> <p>Select-On-Line, please assist, all I want is to settle my debt, I hope it's not too much to ask. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
