No Resolution!

My first contact with this company was not pleasant at all to say the least. Absolutely rude staff that work there.<br> The lady i have to deal with cant give me any information as to why my account is handed over just that the account has been put on hold. Seriously, how do you expect to get anything resolved if you can not provide any information. When i asked if she has my number she tells me she doesnt know if it is correct. How do you keep your doors open if this is the kind of service you provide.
